Bondi landmark Icebergs is one of the latest Sydney restaurant to offer brunch. Let’s be honest: it may be one of the finest restaurants in town: elegant and refined, it also has an outstanding view on the sea! On Sundays, it offers a delicious three-course Italian brunch!
As a starter, enjoy a selection of breads and pastries with Pepe Saya butter and preserve.
Then, frutta! That is to say strawberry, rose meringue, frozen yoghurt and mascarpone.
For the main course, two options are available: glazed kurobuta ham or roasted field mushroom fried egg with potato fritters and horseradish or Harris Smokehouse smoked salmon with crème fraiche, capers, lemon and nasturtium.
