Bills is a Sydney institution! Its other spots are located in Bondi and Darlinshurst. The one in Surry Hills has been here since 1996 and thus has seen the neightborhood becoming fancy, trendy and busy.
This place is quite minimalist, but remains friendly and welcoming: just enough to enjoy a serene good brunch. Which is, by the way a Sydney must-try!
A la carte, dozens of options: organic sourdough with rye or gluten-free toast, marmalade, jam, vegemite, honey or almond butter, gravlax with cream cheese, picked and toasted sourdough, brioche roll with chilli fried egg, rocket and spiced mango chutney, ricotta hotcakes with banana and honeycomb butter, full aussie (scrambled organic eggs, sourdough toast, bacon, cumin roast tomato, miso mushrooms and pork and fennel sausage, zucchini fritters with deep fried egg, haloumi, parsley salad, tahini yoghurt and pickes, bircher muesli with granny smiths, medjool date and almonds… The list goes on and on!
Hours to have brunch:
