For this brunch à la carte: muesli with seasonal fruit and sheep’s yoghurt, fruit salad with sheep’s yoghurt, buttermilk pancakes with fruits, hive honey and goat’s curd, grilled pork schnitzel sandwich with speck, dill pickles and mayo, chicken and celery sandwich with mao and tomato chilli jam… Fresh, yummy, perfect!
