Brown Sugar is a Bondi must-try! This nice, modern cafe has a typical Bondi decor, with black and white walls and contemporary paintings. It may not be huge, but the tables and chairs are well spaced, making it comfortable for everyone. As for the staff: friendly and efficient, nothing more to ask!

Try the brunch, you won’t regret it: raw vegetables platter, black stone eggs, veggie black stone, onion and mushroom bialy, mojo eggs, breakfast platter (seasonal vegetables, avocado, quicoa, almond and cauliflower tabouli, hash, eggs, herbed goats curd, spicy cabbage, labne and olices, tahini, zhoug and za’atar toast)
