Brunch Ruby's Diner

Conveniently located in Waverley at the corner of Taylor Street and Bronte Road, Ruby’s Diner is an excellent coffee shop where art, coffee and fine food are put together. Since it was recently renovated, it can welcome even more people as well as new artwork by local artist Steve Smith. the Ruby’s experience also includes a slow brew bar, raw food, pasture raised eggs and meats and select retail products. And the coffee here really is something (eg the use of Single Origin beans).
But something else is very important to us at Ruby’s: they serve breakfast/brunch all day long. What’s not to like?

On the menu: house-made super food muffin (sugar free), coconut quinoa bircher, slow cooked five grain porridge, house-made baked beans, poached egg meal, croquet monsieur, brioche French toast, house-made gluten free banana bread, raw breakfast salad… All organic and delicious!
